How to Create and Configure a Campaign #
PostReminder campaigns are now organized into three tabs, allowing you to configure each stage of your campaign in a clear, step-by-step workflow:
- Campaign Setup
- Page Design

Each tab focuses on a specific part of the campaign and must be completed before launch.

- Pattern color
- Background color

Message features include:
- Plain text and emoji support
- Tracked URLs automatically linked from the URL Tracker
- A single message used across all enabled alert channels by default
This message will be sent whenever a reminder is triggered, unless Custom Alerts are enabled.
Alert Timing Options #
Use the Send Message controls to determine when alerts are sent.
You may enable one or both options depending on your reminder strategy.
Custom Alerts (Optional) #
Enable Custom Alerts to send different messages for each reminder within a campaign.
When Custom Alerts are enabled, you can:
- Create multiple alert messages per campaign
- Assign unique message content to each reminder
- Customize delivery timing for each alert
This is useful for campaigns that require:
- Follow-up reminders
- Staggered messaging
- Different calls to action at different points in time

Alert Preview & Testing #
The Preview panel shows how your alert will appear to users across supported devices and channels.
This preview updates in real time as you make changes to alert content, images, links, and timing.
To test your alert before launching:
- Enter a phone number or email address in the Send a test message field
- Click the send icon to deliver a test alert
Testing allows you to confirm formatting, messaging, links, and overall appearance before activating your campaign.
