QR Code Design Studio Overview #
The QR Code Design Studio in PostReminder lets you build highly customizable, brand-aligned QR codes right inside your campaign setup. Changes are reflected live in the preview, and designs can be saved as reusable presets for consistency across campaigns.

- Navigate to Campaign Setup → QR Code Design for any campaign.
- The designer modal will open, letting you switch between tabs:
- Templates
- Pattern
- Eyes
- Logo
- Border
Each tab focuses on a different aspect of visual customization.

1. Templates #
Use templates to save and reuse QR designs.
- Apply an existing design instantly
- Save your current design as a new template
- Rename or delete templates as needed
Templates help maintain a consistent look across campaigns.

2. Pattern #
Customize the main QR pattern and colors.
Pattern Style
- Choose from dots, squares, or other shape styles
Colors
- Use a solid color or gradient for the QR pattern
- Set start and end colors for gradients
- Choose a background color
These options provide more flexibility than simple black-and-white QR codes.

3. Eyes (Corner Markers) #
Control the appearance of the three corner markers.
- Select different outer shapes (square, rounded, circle, etc.)
- Choose inner shapes (square, circle, diamond, heart, and more)
- Customize outer and inner colors, or match them to the pattern
Eye styling helps the QR code stand out while staying scannable.

4. Logo #
Add a logo or icon to the center of the QR code.
- Enable or disable the logo
- Choose a built-in logo or upload your own
- Adjust logo size, corner rounding, spacing, and background color
Logos help reinforce branding but are optional.

5. Border #
Add a frame around your QR code.
- Turn the border on or off
- Choose a shape (square, rounded, or circle)
- Select solid or dashed styles
- Adjust width, spacing, and padding
- Match the border color or gradient to the QR pattern
Borders help the QR code stand out in your layout.

QR Code Design Scope #
Important notes about how QR code designs are applied:
- Each campaign can have only one QR code design
- Each attribution detail within a campaign uses that design
- QR codes are visually consistent while remaining unique per attribution
- Each attribution still receives its own unique URL and QR code
This ensures accurate tracking while maintaining a consistent look.

Best Practices #
- Use presets to maintain brand consistency across campaigns
- Use high-contrast colors for reliable scanning
- Avoid overly light pattern colors on light backgrounds
- Test QR codes before printing or publishing
