User Profile Overview #
The User Profile page allows you to manage your personal account settings, profile details, and notification preferences.
This page controls how your account is identified in PostReminder and how you receive platform updates.
Accessing Your User Profile #
To access your User Profile:
- Click your user icon in the top-right corner
- Select User Profile
Changes made on this page apply only to your user account.
Profile Image #
Your profile image appears at the top of the page.
- Click Edit Image to upload or update your profile image
- The image is used for account identification within the platform
Account Information #
The User Profile page displays key account details:
- Email The email address associated with your account
- Friendly Name A display name used within the platform
- Role Your assigned user role (for example, Administrator) Roles control access and permissions and may be managed by account administrators
Subdomain #
The Subdomain field displays the assigned PostReminder subdomain for your account, if applicable.
Example:
gundir.pstrmd.com/NjMQVve7 vs. pstrmd.com/NjMQVve7
This field may be managed by administrators and may not be editable for all users.
Email Digest Subscription #
Use the Email Digest Subscription setting to control how often you receive summary emails from PostReminder.
Available options include:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- None
Digest emails provide high-level insights and activity summaries.
Additional Digest Recipients #
The Additional Digest Recipients field allows you to send email digests to additional email addresses.
- Enter one or more email addresses
- Useful for sharing updates with teammates or stakeholders
Saving Changes #
Any updates made to your profile settings are saved automatically or when confirmed, depending on your account permissions.
