Welcome Page Overview #
The PostReminder dashboard provides a high-level view of campaign performance and quick access to active campaigns. It is designed to help you understand engagement at a glance while easily navigating deeper into campaign details.
Dashboard Overview #
When you log into PostReminder, you’ll land on the Welcome Page This page highlights recent activity, key performance metrics, and a summary of your active campaigns.
The dashboard is made up of three primary sections:
- Announcements
- Recent Activity
- Campaigns Represented
Announcements #
The Announcements panel highlights important platform updates, new features, and helpful resources.
You may see:
- Notices about new releases or improvements
- Links to Release Notes
- Links to the Knowledge Base for additional guidance
This section is updated periodically to keep you informed about what’s new in PostReminder.
Recent Activity #
The Recent Activity section displays high-level performance metrics across your active campaigns.
Metrics shown include:
- Unique Visitors – The number of individual users who interacted with your campaign landing pages
- Total Click Actions – The total number of clicks across all calls to action
- Reminders Set – The number of reminders users have created
- CTA Button Clicks – The total number of clicks on primary call-to-action buttons
A performance chart appears below these metrics, allowing you to:
- View activity trends over time
- Compare the selected time period to the preceding period
- Adjust the reporting range (e.g., last 30, 60, or 90 days)
Only data from active campaigns is included in this view.
Campaigns Represented #
The Campaigns Represented table displays a list of campaigns included in the dashboard analytics.
Important:
Campaigns represented are based on the activity shown in the chart above.
Only active campaigns with recorded engagement during the selected time period will appear in this table.
Each row includes:
- Campaign Name
- Unique Visits
- Total Click Actions
- Reminders
- CTA Clicks
- Options Menu for campaign actions
This table allows you to quickly identify which active campaigns are driving engagement and how users are interacting with them.
Navigation Menu #
The left-hand navigation menu provides access to all major areas of the platform:
- Home – Returns you to the dashboard
- Campaigns – View, create, and manage campaigns
- Analytics – Access detailed reporting and performance insights
- Gallery – View saved image assets
- Reminders – Manage reminder activity
- Support – Get help or contact support
- Report a Problem – Submit an issue directly to the PostReminder team
